Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a 2nd Shift Residential Instructor to support youth with neurological or psychological disabilities. You will run groups, supervise recreational activities, and assist with behavior plans, contributing to a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

Candidates must be 21+, have a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over the first six months and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with 12 credits in Human Services required.
• Two years of experience working with children.
• Combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years.
• Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older.
• Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with youth with neurological and/or psychological disabilities.
• Conduct groups and recreational activities with clients.
• Assist clients with behavior plans and supervision during shifts.

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with 12 credits in Human Services

Two years of experience working with children

We’re looking for 2nd Shift Residential Instructors to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.

As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.

You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.

Qualifications: You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:

• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
• Two years of experience working with children
• A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
• Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older

Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.

Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.

Hours: 2nd shift; Wed 12-10:30pm, Thurs 130-10:30pm, Fri 1:30-10:30pm, Sat 8am-1030pm.
