Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking 2nd Shift Residential Instructors to support youth with neurological and behavioral needs. You will guide groups, lead recreational activities, and help implement behavior plans to promote safety and growth in a supportive setting.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff. Hours include Wed 12-10:30pm, Thurs 1:30-10:30pm, Fri 1:30-10:30pm, Sat 8am-10:30pm with competitive hourly pay between $23 and

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a HS diploma and relevant qualifications.
• Associates or Bachelor's with 12+ human services credits or 2 years' child experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups and recreational activities for youth.
• Assist with behavior plans and supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support client needs.
