Easter Seals NH, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking 2nd Shift Residential Instructors to support youth with neurological and behavioral needs. You will guide groups, lead recreational activities, and help implement behavior plans to promote safety and growth in a supportive setting.

Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.Qualifications: You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human ServicesTwo years of experience working with childrenA combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 yearsBe a Parent of a child 7 years of age or olderCandidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Compensation: $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.Hours: 2nd shift; Wed 12-10:30pm, Thurs 130-10:30pm, Fri 1:30-10:30pm, Sat 8am-1030pm.What’s in it for you?
