Easterseals NH & VT in Manchester, NH seeks a 3rd shift Residential Instructor to support youth with disabilities. You will guide groups, assist with daily living activities, and help implement behavior plans in a team-oriented setting.

The role is overnight, with a 4x10 schedule (10:45pm–9:00am). Requires 21+ and a HS diploma; housing a parent of a child 7+ is a plus. Benefits include comprehensive plans and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma.
• One of the following: an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 Human Services credits.
• Two years of residential experience or a combination of Human Service college credits and experience totaling 2 years.
• Must be a parent of a child 7 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
