Job summary

Five Star Home Services in Ohio is seeking an experienced Install Coordinator to move sold home-services jobs from sales handoff to installation. You’ll coordinate customers, schedules, payments, equipment, parts, documentation, inspections, and field teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution.

The role requires prior experience coordinating residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work. You’ll manage schedules, verify payments, confirm equipment and parts, and communicate with customers

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technicians, installers, customers, equipment, and job schedules in a residential home-services environment.
• Understanding of the workflow from sold estimate → scheduling → prep → field execution → completion.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Convert sold estimates into scheduled jobs quickly and accurately.
• Verify payments and financing before jobs are scheduled.
• Confirm equipment and parts are available before installation.
• Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation schedules.
• Communicate scheduling information, changes, and delays to customers and field teams.
• Maintain complete customer and job information in the CRM.
