Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Residential Install Lead in Ohio to oversee on-site installation teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality and safety on every project. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, installers, and management, driving timely, accurate installations.

The role requires strong leadership, a technical background, and the ability to mentor technicians while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of residential installation or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or installation environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes and address concerns.
• Collaborate with management to report project status and resources.
