Nextlink Internet in Hudson Oaks, TX is seeking a Bilingual Customer Loyalty Specialist (Spanish/English) to protect and grow our valued customer relationships.

You will engage at-risk customers, execute winback campaigns, and collaborate with Billing, Technical Support, and Field Operations to resolve issues and drive retention. This role offers a performance-based commission and an in-person, office-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in telecom/ISP retention is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage at-risk customers to identify concerns and propose tailored solutions to retain their business.
• Serve as the primary contact for cancellation requests, using negotiation to save accounts.
• Lead winback campaigns by reaching out to former customers with targeted offers.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Field Ops, and Billing to resolve issues and update accounts.
• Document all customer interactions and outcomes in CRM/billing systems.
