Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years outside sales or related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams.
• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Coach and develop staff; manage selection, training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor payroll and approve commission payments.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with other departments to meet goals.
