Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC in Utah is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to diagnose comfort needs for homeowners and offer innovative HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside, field-based role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and your own prospecting to close opportunities while collaborating with our technical team on site visits to tailor each solution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably B2C.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Strong business development and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Drive sales through internal leads and prospect pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical team during site visits.
