Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to advise homeowners on energy-efficient HVAC and water heater options. This field role focuses on consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging company leads and self-generated prospects to close residential opportunities.

You will work with a technical team during home visits to ensure tailored, 100% satisfactory solutions, while staying current on industry trends and technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Drive growth by working internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Collaborate with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements.
