Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to act as a trusted advisor for homeowners, diagnosing comfort needs and presenting high-efficiency HVAC and water heater options. This outside sales role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• 0-2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, negotiation skills, and closing sales.
• Excellent communication with the ability to educate customers on technical concepts.
• Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
