Arcan Capital is seeking a certified HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities in the Southeast. You will respond to service calls, perform preventative maintenance, and work with on-site teams to ensure reliable comfort for residents.

The role requires EPA certification and at least 2 years of residential or multifamily HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required with at least 2 years in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, able to work independently or with teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, diagnose, repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces; perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies; maintain service records and inventory.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure safety standards and HVAC codes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with general maintenance or on-call duties as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
