Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostic and repair work on residential and light commercial systems at customer sites in the Richmond area. You will communicate with customers to resolve issues and promote our services and products, under supervision of a Field Supervisor or GM.

The role requires 0–2 years of related experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC technical training and certification required.
• 1–2+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues courteously and promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and prevent breakdowns through proactive diagnostics.
• Document service notes, obtain customer payment, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Support replacement opportunities by communicating with Sales and Service teams.
