Service Experts in Midvale, Utah is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant who acts as a trusted advisor to homeowners, diagnosing comfort needs and offering HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and self-generation to close opportunities, collaborating with our technical team on site to tailor every solution and ensure 100% customer

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to educate customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to translate concerns into solutions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• Physical ability to navigate residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team members during site visits to ensure solutions are perfectly tailored to the home's requirements, fostering a 100% satisfaction experience.
• Industry Expertise: Remain a market expert, staying updated on the latest trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.
