Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through diagnosing comfort needs and presenting high-efficiency HVAC and water heater options. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and self-generated prospects to close opportunities, working with our technical team on-site to tailor solutions and ensure a 100%

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer selling.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to navigate residential environments during site visits.

Responsibilities

Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction and retention.
Generate sales from internal leads and your own prospect pipeline.
Collaborate with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions.
