Job summary
Service Experts in Houston is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and offer HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, with support from warm leads and a dedicated pipeline.
You will work with our technical team on site visits, stay informed on energy-efficient technology, and travel to residential sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 0–2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2C selling.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to educate customers.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Comfort navigating residential environments (attics, crawl spaces) if needed.
Responsibilities
- Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
- Present tailored comfort options to customers.
- Generate sales from internal leads and personal prospecting.
- Collaborate with field technicians during home visits.
- Stay informed on energy-efficient technologies and service methods.
