Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC in San Antonio, TX to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes. The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience and HVAC and EPA certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• HVAC Certification is preferred and EPA Certification is required.
• Own basic tools for residential service and reliable transportation to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair advanced issues and replace defective components as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Maintain timely completion of service requests and high customer service standards.
