Opportunity Interactive in Arnold, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead its residential installation team. You will manage workflow, coordinate with sales, ensure accurate scope, and supervise two lead installers and two apprentices.

Qualifications

• Significant residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installers or an HVAC department.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and terminology.
• Ability to read a duct calculator and evaluate residential ductwork layouts.
• Knowledge of job planning, equipment sizing, materials, and installation requirements.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
• Team-focused leadership with accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and workflow of the installation department.
• Review sold-job paperwork, photos, measurements before installation.
• Confirm scope of work and identify missing information before release.
• Coordinate with sales for clarification or extra job info.
• Prepare clear installation instructions and work orders.
• Determine equipment and material requirements and ensure availability.
• Schedule and coordinate residential replacement and installation projects.
• Support lead installers and apprentices as the department develops.
• Monitor installation quality, productivity, callbacks, and completion.
• Perform site or quality-control checks as needed.
• Resolve installation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Establish expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Help develop structured training for installers and apprentices.
• Support continued ServiceTitan implementation.
• Create a clean, organized, team-oriented operation.
