Central Air, LLC. is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Manager to oversee daily installation operations, improve efficiency, and ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards.

This role focuses on scheduling crews, monitoring timelines, and quality control to maximize customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HVAC installation experience, proven leadership, and EPA Universal Certification, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage all residential HVAC installation operations.
• Schedule crews and allocate manpower to maximize productivity.
• Monitor installation timelines and project completion goals.
• Conduct quality control inspections and job site reviews.
• Track department KPIs, productivity, callbacks, and profitability.
• Work closely with sales and service departments to coordinate projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and installation best practices.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and installation resources as needed.
