ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential installation operations, manage install teams, and ensure high-quality system installations across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HVAC installation or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, airflow, piping and electrical components.
• Proven leadership of HVAC install teams.
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational and reporting skills.
• Experience managing schedules, materials and installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and develop the residential HVAC installation team.
• Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites.
• Monitor installation quality, safety and performance standards.
• Manage hiring, training and performance of installers and helpers.
• Ensure HVAC installations meet local codes and company standards.
• Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors and internal departments.
• Manage scheduling, materials, trucks and job reporting for the installation department.
• Resolve field issues and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance.
• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination.
