Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of MD, LLC. seeks a Lead Installer to lead residential HVAC installations and replacements in MD/VA/PA region.

You will work in a two-person team, ensuring safety, high-quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction on every job. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, duct modification, and adherence to codes and manufacturer specifications; travel to multiple sites may be required.

Qualifications

• CFC certification or similar credentials.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State Journeyman license is a plus; McCrea supports obtaining it.
• Residential HVAC system knowledge and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential HVAC equipment (gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs).
• Install ductless mini-split systems and related components.
• Service dehumidification and humidification systems.
• Modify, fabricate, and adjust ductwork for site needs.
• Safely handle refrigerants, gas and propane systems.
• Follow safety, codes, and company procedures.
