USA Hometown Experts in Arlington, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team. You will install HVAC systems with precision, mentor helpers, and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, holds EPA certification (NATE a plus), and can lift 50–75 lbs. A valid driver’s license and clean background are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Must pass background check and random drug tests.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards.
• Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with customers and offer expert advice.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained.
• Serve as a key contact for customers to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks.
