Job summary

Authority Brands is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to ensure the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. You will oversee the Installation Technician to guarantee work is performed correctly and customers are satisfied.

This on-site role involves coordinating installations, training apprentices, and maintaining safety standards while communicating clearly with customers about scope, timelines, and issues.

Qualifications

• Residential installation experience with references.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• EPA and NATE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per standards and specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and fittings.
• Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
• Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors.
• Conduct before/after walkthroughs of the home and document damages.
• Complete installation forms for reporting accuracy.
• Communicate scope, questions, and concerns clearly with customers.
• Train apprentices on installation tasks and safety practices.
• Maintain safe working conditions for the crew.
• Adhere to company ethics and performance standards.
