ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a residential in-home sales professional to assess homeowners’ comfort needs and present tailored HVAC solutions. You will work in a consultative capacity with strong install support and a fast turnaround, using company-provided leads that are generated and pre-set.

This role offers uncapped commission, weekly settlements, and a take-home vehicle plus benefits after 31 days, with the potential for significant earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling home services to homeowners.
• Ability to close deals in a single visit preferred.
• HVAC knowledge or familiarity with systems is helpful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable entering attics/crawlspaces and working evenings/weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
