ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an in-home HVAC sales professional to meet homeowners, assess comfort needs, and present tailored solutions. You will work in a consultative capacity with strong install support and industry-leading warranties; all leads are company-generated and pre-set.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, weekly settlements, and a take-home vehicle. A valid driver’s license is needed, and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior residential in-home sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to secure sales in a one-call-close environment when applicable.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus in some locations.
