Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an in-home sales professional to assess homeowners' comfort needs and present tailored HVAC solutions. You will operate in a consultative sales capacity, backed by strong install support, quick turnaround times, and industry-leading warranties.

All leads are company-generated and pre-set. A valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings/weekends are required, with HVAC knowledge preferred in certain locations.

Qualifications

• Residential in-home sales experience required or strongly preferred.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred (required in some locations).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions.
• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support and fast turnarounds.
• Promote industry-leading warranties and take leads that are company-generated and pre-set.
