Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home selling to residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Review appointments and prep insights, listen to homeowner goals, walk the property to assess construction impact on system choices.
• Run heat load calculations and gather measurements.
• Present clear options to lift comfort and air quality; capture CRM notes and follow up on leads.
• Post-installation review to confirm quality; meet or exceed sales goals while following policies.
