Mainstay United in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of residential homes and supervise staff, delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate medical appointments, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and advocate for residents, while leading a team of Direct Support Professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and support employees in a residential setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid non-provisional driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential homes and ensure high-quality services.
• Supervise Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals.
• Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for individuals receiving services.
• Coordinate medical appointments and monitor health-related services.
• Monitor medication administration processes and support medication management compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and consumer records.
