Job summary

ViaQuest Healthcare Central seeks a full-time position providing supervision and management of care services in residential settings. The role includes directing service delivery, supervising staff, and supporting individuals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will interview, hire, and develop direct care employees while coordinating benefits and finances for individuals served. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree in social services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities in residential services may be preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

At ViaQuest Healthcare Central we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF).

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Interviewing, hiring and developing quality direct care employees.
• Monitoring individual's finances and benefits.
• Managing a caseload and coordinating the care of individuals served.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma/GED is required, four-year degree in social services or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services may be preferred but is not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
