Job summary

ViaQuest Healthcare Central in Kentucky is seeking a Program Director to oversee the system of support for individuals served in ICF facilities. This full-time, mostly 1st shift position offers a salary of $56,000 per year.

The role includes supervising and developing direct care staff, interviewing and hiring, coordinating care, monitoring finances and benefits, and ensuring quality service delivery. You will participate in surveys and incident investigations as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year degree in social services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in developmental disabilities field; residential services preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience; time-management and decision-making skills.

At ViaQuest Healthcare Central we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF).

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma/GED is required, four-year degree in social services or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services may be preferred but is not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
