Job summary

ViaQuest Healthcare Central is seeking a Home Manager to oversee the delivery of services for individuals in an ICF setting. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring quality care for residents.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferred four-year degrees in social services and at least two years in developmental disabilities or residential settings. Excellent customer service and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree in social services or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience in developmental disabilities or residential services preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Requirements for this position include:
