Job summary

PITT Care Services is seeking a dependable Residential Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes in the Baldwin area. You will supervise DSP staff, ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment, and coordinate community activities.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational and communication skills, staff coaching, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals or in a Residential Manager role.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned residential homes.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized home environment.
• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to DSPs.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and completion of responsibilities.
• Ensure ISP, behavioral supports, and routines are followed.
• Coordinate activities and community participation.
• Communicate with families and healthcare providers as appropriate.
