You will coordinate scheduling, documentation, and clinical oversight while promoting person-centered practices and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct support experience with IDD population.
• Minimum 2 years supervising a team of more than 2 people.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years driving and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and oversee scheduling for the location.
• Complete 90-day and annual performance reviews for DSPs.
• Ensure certifications and mandatory trainings are current.
• Document incidents and follow state reporting requirements.
• Lead department meetings and participate in licensing reviews.
• Manage program budget and approve timesheets/PTO.
