Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a House Manager to lead a residential team and maintain a high-performance work environment focused on person-centered support and safety.

You will supervise DSP staff, conduct evaluations, and ensure ISP/BSP documentation is timely and accurate while coordinating with the Residential District Director. The role requires on-call availability, adherence to health and safety standards, and strong communication with support circles to promote community integration

Qualifications

• Experience supervising support staff and conducting annual performance evaluations.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and manage incident reporting.
• Experience interviewing and hiring Direct Support Professional staff.
• Knowledge of ISP and BSP documentation and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a high-performance work environment with positive leadership and strong team orientation.
• Provide direct supervision to Support Staff for assigned home and complete annual performance evaluations.
• Perform 24/7 on-call duties for assigned homes.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, community activities, and other events while ensuring safe transport.
