Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Overland Park to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include communicating value, overcoming objections, maintaining records, and collaborating with realtors and team members to meet targets. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic email use.
• Ability to stand and walk as needed and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Attend sales meetings and work with team members to achieve goals.
