Job summary

You will source new customers, help them find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process. Essential duties include communicating value proposition, understanding customer goals, overcoming objections, maintaining documentation, and networking with realtors.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Stand and walk for 4 hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton's value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and position DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and present a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and collaborate with team.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct business professionally to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit.
