D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service. The role includes sourcing new customers, helping clients select and design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

Responsibilities include communicating the value proposition, overcoming objections, maintaining documentation, and expanding the customer database. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather; moderate noise level.
• Prior CRM software experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Document transactions from sale through loan and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build relationships with realtors.
• Manage time to meet sales goals and work with team.
• Develop and maintain a rapport with customers and realtors.
