D.R. Horton, Inc. in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support the full sales process from first contact through close.

You will greet visitors, demonstrate homes, address questions, document transactions, track loan progress, and collaborate with Realtors and team members. A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and a customer‑focused attitude are required; we offer a strong benefits package and training. This role provides growth with America’s Builder.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintenance of all lot files/sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
