Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving history per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
• Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals and staff.
• Monitor medication and service records, conduct audits and report errors.
• Ensure financial management, including budgeting, petty cash, and supplies.
• Coordinate staff training and participate in individual planning and activities for residents.
• Attend meetings, participate in trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
