Job summary

PA Connecting Communities in Pittsburgh seeks a Full-Time House Manager to oversee residential operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with ID/IDD in the North Hills area.

The House Manager will supervise staff, coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations. A valid driver’s license, 1 year of relevant experience, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to provide direct care and support to individuals with ID/IDD.
• Supervise, mentor, and support direct care staff.
• Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain professional decorum at all times.
• Be smartphone and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a residential home.
• Provide direct care and support to residents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support staff.
