Job summary

Friendship Community in Lititz, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee home operations and the health and well-being of individuals with IDD/DD. The role is full-time and hourly, with an 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday, plus potential non-scheduled hours for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have prior experience with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the ISP process and meetings.
• Implement, document and monitor Behavior Support Plans with Behavior Support consultants.
• Ensure residents experience a variety of social, recreational, and religious events.
• Manage, coach and communicate with Direct Support Professionals and Residential Coordinator to updates.
