Job summary

The Verland Foundation Inc. seeks a House Manager at our Main Campus in Sewickley, PA. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure IPP implementation, and maintain a safe, healthy residential environment for individuals with IDD.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Residential Services, you will coordinate trainings, schedule activities, handle incidents, and participate in interdisciplinary team processes to support community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 60 credits from an accredited college.
• Experience in Direct Care and in the IDD field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have all required clearances and maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train direct care staff on individuals’ needs by reviewing IPPs and procedures.
• Provide orientation and evaluate assigned staff.
• Ensure proper implementation of IPP and safety measures.
• Coordinate community outings with teams to promote community integration.
• Manage day-to-day operations of homes and daily programs.
