Job summary

Chimes seeks a House Manager for Leafydale/Howard locations. Under the Director of Residential Services, you will supervise daily home operations and lead direct care staff to provide high-quality services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

You will coordinate training, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage household budgets, and communicate with families. A relevant degree is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day home operations to meet regulations and agency standards.
• Provide supervision and training to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Supervise staff and implement warnings and performance improvement actions as needed.
