Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking Direct Support Professionals to compassionately assist residents with daily activities, meal prep, hygiene and medication administration. You will work from our person-supported homes and help individuals engage in community activities and therapeutic plans with clinical staff.

We offer a starting wage of $15 per hour, tenure pay scale, annual performance bonus, Saturday/Sunday shift premium, health and life insurance, and generous PTO.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene and medication administration.
• Facilitate community involvement and support therapeutic/behavioral plans with clinical staff.
• Support individuals in our person-supported home, enhancing quality of life.
