Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work, and participate in their communities. The shift is 6 PM to 10 PM, with a starting pay of $15 per hour and a weekend shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities (meal prep, personal hygiene).
• Assist with medication administration.
• Support community involvement and engagement in activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on behavioral/therapeutic plans.
