Easterseals PORT Health in High Point, NC seeks a Residential Group Home Manager to lead a team of caregivers. You will supervise services, develop care plans, hire and train staff, and ensure quality care for residents with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Human Services, meets NC mental health qualifications, and has a valid driver's license with a good driving record and insurance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (or equivalent) required.
• Must meet NC mental health Professional qualifications.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and oversight of services for residents in the group home.
• Develop structured care plans for individuals.
• Hire, train, supervise and monitor direct support staff.
• Ensure compliance and quality of services for health, safety, and welfare.
• Collaborate with families and external entities.
• Manage attendance and complete required training.
