Job summary

Easter Seals TN is seeking a Home Lead to manage a designated residential site and oversee all services for individuals served. The role includes supervising staff and ensuring compliance with policies and licensing requirements.

The position pays $16.25 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift premium on Saturday and Sunday day shifts, and benefits include paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance and long-term disability, with 70% health insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid TN driver’s license with acceptable MVR and 3 years driving experience.
• Ability to write reports and keep records with good math and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to organize workloads and motivate staff.
• Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and other required training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated residential site under the Residential Manager.
• Oversee all services provided to individuals at the site.
• Support living, habilitation, community participation, and personal assistance.
• Perform Direct Support Professional duties on scheduled shifts.
• Adhere to Easter Seals Policies and Procedures, DDA, licensure, Title VI, HIPAA, and confidentiality.
