Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to supervise Direct Support staff and oversee operations across 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will lead Direct Support Associates and ensure smooth location operations with clinical collaboration.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of developmental disabilities experience, flexible scheduling, and CPR/first aid certifications. On-call coverage and lifting 20–50 lbs are part of duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, First Aid, NCI or MedTech certification a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Monitor three shifts and mentor staff to maintain harmony with people supported.
• Audit medication administration.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure staff training compliance and attendance.
• Monitor budget items within guidelines.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
