Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to supervise Direct Support staff and coordinate operations for 1–3 facilities. You will collaborate with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and ensure high-quality, compliant care for individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

The role requires leadership across three shifts, with duties including staff feedback, performance reviews, training oversight, and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call coverage.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
• CPR, First Aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Direct Support employees and manages operations of 1–3 facilities.
• Works with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Provides feedback to staff across all shifts to ensure harmonious interactions with people supported.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures training compliance.
• Monitors select budget items and stays within guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of direct care rotation.
