Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to oversee and coordinate Direct Support staff across up to three facilities on-site in Warner Robins, GA. The role involves supervising teams, interacting with clinical staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will monitor shifts, provide feedback, and maintain program compliance, with CPR/first aid and related certifications preferred. The position requires a flexible schedule and a focus on person-centered care.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and CPR after certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Direct Support employees and operations of 1–3 facilities.
• Works with clinical staff to standardize procedures and implement person-centered plans.
• Conducts performance reviews and ensures staff training and on-call coverage.
